July 2006
This is a month that will focus on family and relationships, be they personal, intimate ones or those dealing with your career or business. Usually, a month like this is a cup half full so the energy is bountiful, uplifting, optimistic. For those Sagittarians and Gemini who have 26 degrees of either sign, you'll be happy to know that Pluto has backed off the Galactic Center by TWO degrees. This means you're going to feel a lifting of stress and pressure in your life even more than you did in May. And that, is good news indeed! We must look at the months that Pluto was conjunct the Galactic Center to see what is new. Typically, what happens is Pluto goes in and 'plants' the seeds and then backs off (retrogrades) to give us time to ADJUST to the new seeds that were posited in the Cosmic consciousness. This is what is occurring right now. So, relief, less stress, less demands and responsibilities are all lightening up to give us 'breathing room' on what is still ongoing--but more in the background with the volume and intensity turned down.
Everyone needs this time out in the world. Mercury, god of Communication, goes retrograde on July 4th, so do not plan on starting anything NEW during this time frame. Rather, use the next three weeks until it goes direct on July 21st, to tie up a lot of loose ends on a number of projects hanging fire, instead. Signing a contract during this time frame is dangerous because you don't know the 'rest of the story' so I advise to wait until after July 21st (in fact, seven days after it turns direct would be even better) to think about signing documents or starting up new things/ideas.
A day after Mercury goes retrograde, Jupiter, god of bounty, money, success and largess, goes direct. Yippee! Here we can see that the Economy (now with Saturn direct) is tied to Jupiter for expansion and forward movement. With Jupiter moving forward in orbit past the Earth, this means that money is finally going to stabilize and the recession we are in, will truly begin to ease for the first time in 2006. It has been a long haul. Purse strings have been so tight they squeak. Now, all the chaos of the first six months of the year has shaken out and we're headed in July, for a quieter down time. Money will be available. However, with Mercury retrograde, do not take out a loan this month--wait until August to do so, if that is your intent. The stock market will respond to Jupiter going direct as well. It finally appears to everyone that life is getting back to 'normal'--although there really isn't 'normal' any more--just changes that we must learn to reflexively adapt too in a constant kind of way.

July 4 Independence Day holiday. A great day to have fun, so plan something like a picnic or getting back to Nature
July 7 good news is winging its way to you. All travel is easy and fun.
July 23 plan a special Sunday on these aspects. Joy, having fun and being playful will bring out the child in all of us
July 27 beware of Road Rage or someone 'going postal.' Not a good day to drive or fly. Stay alert if you must drive and don't get into any angry exchanges; they could be volatile and uncertain in their outcome
July 30 another perfect Sunday! Plan to have fun. Do something with your family and friends because it will work out spectacularly
