FEBRUARY 2006
On February 3rd, Venus goes direct and everyone will feel lighter in the heart region. Those who have been going through love-related stress will find relief, finally. The energy of this month is to start up new things, birth (symbolic or literal) and use your leadership abilities. Being pro-active by the end of the month will be much easier. Take the bull by the horns and start creating and manifesting. Now is the time for new beginnings.
Mars is inconjunct Pluto from February 8-15th and this is about feeling as if you are caught between a rock and a hard place. Anger may manifest in ugly ways and 'going postal' or fire arms events can manifest. Road rage is definitely there so drive carefully during this time frame. It is also a bad time for anything mechanical--it can break down.
Transiting Pluto is now exactly conjunct the Galactic Center with Hades in opposition; so the likelihood of a pandemic or bad flu season is upon us. Winter freezing can be record breaking as well. Depression is possible on the 12th with Mercury inconjunct Saturn. People begin to feel a tad bit better by the end of the month with Mars sextile Saturn.
Our economy is stalled. With Jupiter getting ready to retrograde in March, everything is stagnating and waiting. This won't be a good time for the stock market, either.
OTHER DATES:
February 4 - Watch your temper; you can say things that will have remarkable staying power
February 9 - tug-of-war with authority or possibly being intimidated by a bully; hold your boundaries in place
February 14 - Valentine's Day is an upper with Venus sextile Jupiter; a good day for all
February 19 - An upbeat, optimistic day; make the most of it
February 28 - With Mars sextile Saturn, we want to roll up our sleeves and have some fun. Mardi Gras in devastated New Orleans is going to be somber but the party will go on....
